Hargeisa is a city in Somaliland and the capital of the de-facto Republic of Somaliland which was formed in 1991. Hargeisa is the largest city in Somaliland and Somalia's second largest city after Mogadishu.Hargeisa is located in a valley in the western section of the country. It is in a mountainous area because Hargeisa is located in an enclosed valley of the Golgodan(Ogo) Highlands. Hargeisa is famous with two mountains called Naaso Hablood (Maiden Breasts), it is very beautiful city which rains in quite afternoons and looks pretty in the evenings.
Unlike many African nations, Somalilandis composed of a single, homogeneous ethnic group. Although Somalis may differ in nuances of local lifestyle, they share a uniform language, religion, and culture, and trace their heritage to a common Arabian ancestor.
Our Music is similar to Sudanese Music, an our Tradition drifts from the Islamic Relgion and the Holly Quran.
